Player/Parent Contract and Business Policies
Upon accepting a position a $400 deposit
will be required.
Parents agree to pay their daughter’s annual club fees in full on time per the payment schedule date. When parents agree to allow their daughter to accept a position as a player on a Texas Juniors team, they are indicating that the parents know and agree to pay required fees, in full and on time. They are representing that they have the financial ability to handle this contractual obligation. Parents also guarantee to full payment of annual club fees regardless of any limiting factors that may occur.
A player is eligible to participate in practices and matches when her monthly payment schedule is up-to-date. Payers with past-due fees are suspended from matches and practices until their payments are current. Payments that accrue beyond one month on a regular basis will result in removal from the team as well as late charges added.
A late charge of $25 will be added to balance with all late payments as well as returned checks. All financial issues and questions will be directed to the Chief Financial Officer. However, the legal counsel of Texas Juniors Volleyball Club will handle the process of collecting all delinquent fees.
There are two choices of payment plans. Please review the options below and make your selection. Once your form has been signed and turned in, your choice will be recorded and your statements will be mailed on the 1st of each month. Payment will be due by the 15th of each month.

additional payments after that.

By signing this document I accept and agree to abide by the Business Policies of Texas Juniors Volleyball and the policies stated in the information handout.
This Policy Sheet must be signed by the parent of the player to be eligible for competition in the 2009-2010 club season with Texas Juniors Volleyball Club.
